We aim to have satisfied customers! We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of your invoice. A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns; no exceptions. ELECTRICAL PARTS AND ANY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON A MACHINE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Special order, non-stock and discontinued items may also not be returned. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products must be in original packaging and require proof of purchase. You must call (888) 518-9274 or email email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions prior to returning any item. A RMA is required for all returns; no exceptions. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
- Date of original purchase
- Invoice number
- Part number(s)
- Reason for return
A RMA number will not be issued without complete information. A RMA number is only valid for 30 days. All parts returned without a RMA number will be returned to the customer at their expense. All returns should be sent using a prepaid, insured, traceable shipping method using a Proof of Delivery (signature required). We are not responsible for and will not give credit in cases of lost or damaged items.
